Ongoing, purchasing customers are offered service advice and recommendations on their blast equipment at no additional charge. We can do this over the phone, via e-mail or with an on-site visit (within the Wisconsin area).

Service-Repair Work Rates

Repair Services:

Metal Finishing Supply offers in house repair services on most equipment. We recommend that equipment be sent to us in-house for repair.

Process for Equipment repair:

  1. Contact Metal Finishing Supply for repair advice and or authorization
  2. Send equipment (freight prepaid) to our location.
  3. An Inspection will be performed. Once inspection of equipment is done, a repair estimate will be determined and sent to customer for approval.
  4. Once approval is given repairs will be made*.
  5. Equipment will be sent back freight collect (with customer’s choice of carrier)
Payment is due via credit card, check or cash upon completion of work and before equipment is returned.
